About Little Rascal
Craft cocktails, kegged to perfection — born from one simple idea.
“A cocktail experience doesn’t begin on the palate — it starts in the eye and in the hand, the moment you pick up the glass.”
— Our philosophyThe story
Little Rascal started from one simple observation: great cocktails rarely survive big crowds. At festivals and large events, either quality takes a hit or the line at the bar gets too long to bother. Most of the time both.
The fix turned out to be the keg. Pre-mix the cocktail with care, get it carbonated and chilled the way it should be served, and suddenly every glass tastes the same as the first one — even when there are three hundred of them.
How we work
Every recipe is built like a proper bar drink first, then translated into something that holds up over a long evening. The complex work happens before the keg ships — the syrups, shrubs and cordials are made by hand in our workshop, and each batch gets tasted and dialled in before it leaves.
On site, all you do is pull the tap. The bar, the glassware, the ice and the garnish all show up as part of the booking — set up, broken down and taken away again.
What we care about
From the syrup that gets reduced an extra ten minutes to the shape of the glass it's served in, the details are taken seriously so the evening doesn't have to be. We'd rather over-think the drink than under-deliver the night.
