The Story

We take the timeless foundation of the classic Gin Fizz – dry, sparkling, refreshing – and use it for a little detour towards Southeast Asia. A refined combination of London Dry Gin with the exotic, complex acidity of the yuzu fruit and the slightly peppery note of galangal.
