Handy kegs, finely balanced ready-to-drink cocktails and the right setup for events of any size. You choose the occasion, we bring the rest.

Little Rascal Kegs

For your event we equip you with the right kegged cocktails. The handy kegs come in sizes between 4 and 5 litres. With a typical cocktail volume of 11 cl per serve (5 cl spirit, 3 cl acidity, 2 cl sugar, 1 cl dilution), 36 to 45 servings fit into one keg (a 10 % buffer stays in the keg for the propellant). Each keg is fitted with a tap, a handy pressure regulator and propellant capsules (CO₂ or N₂O). Their compact build makes the kegs simple and quick to handle. Also included: cooler, bar mat, stand with cocktail presentation (A5) and a rechargeable LED lamp.

Garnish

To round off the final drink in the glass visually, we include dehydrated citrus wheels matching the number of servings ordered.

Ice service

The ice in the glass is just as important a component as the cocktail itself. Ice does not just chill the drink — through its dilution it adds extra dynamics and changes the cocktail with every sip. That is why you should have enough ice ready for the cocktails. At the bar, fill the glass to the rim with ice cubes (usually 3×3 cm cubes) before adding the drink. If you are short on ice, we are happy to supply additional cubes for a surcharge.

Glassware

What is a drink without its vessel? Formless. The glass sets the aesthetic of the drink. For most drinks we recommend the classic cocktail tumbler with a 330 ml capacity. This all-rounder gives the drink a timeless shape without pushing itself too much into the foreground. If you are short on glasses, feel free to reach out to us.
