How the kegs workLittle Rascal stands for an idea that has been circling in my head for years: cocktail culture has become increasingly exclusive. The early-2000s shift helped cocktails move away from cheap jumbo happy-hour drinks, but anything beyond aperitivo now often feels reserved for guests with deeper pockets.
So where is the good cocktail for everyone else? That is where the little rascal comes in. The idea: leave out the bartender, produce good ingredients in larger batches, and optimise the process instead of overcomplicating it.
The result should be a solid-quality cocktail for fair cash. Nothing more. Just tap it yourself, sip and enjoy.
